NEO MEDIA SOFT is a filtering material that lowers the pH value. It is suitable for all aquariums where the water pH is too high, such as: planted tanks, shrimp tanks, Malawi, Tanganyika, and marine tanks with SPS corals.

The production process, along with the fiber structure, has allowed for the creation of an insert that has different pore sizes, enabling the settlement and rapid development of various types of bacteria responsible for the transformation of harmful substances. Diverse porosity is not available in ceramic inserts created through firing, where the pores in such inserts always have the same size.
