Act in two ways!
The Neo bag most effectively removes nitrogen and phosphorus compounds and other harmful chemicals and pollutants in two ways: biologically and chemically. Biological methods are stable, while chemical methods are characterized by rapid removal, so using both methods simultaneously is the most effective and sustainable.
Super porous carbon:
Activated carbon cannot be just regular sticks or similar inventions. Such carbon has a small surface area, meaning it works poorly. The greater the porosity, the better the action! This carbon is super dense and porous. Proof? When placed in a cup, a lot of bubbles escape that were previously trapped in the carbon (see photo with the cup)
Content of activated carbon:
Effectively binds and neutralizes heavy metals, treating water and maintaining its freshness. Reduces unpleasant odors and restores the natural clarity of water.
Content of organic carbon:
It serves as fuel for all beneficial microorganisms in the aquarium, namely bacteria. Various strains of bacteria maintain water cleanliness by feeding on organic pollutants.
Does activated carbon affect the pH of water?
Of course, it does. Didn’t you know? 99% of activated carbon (especially those in sticks) hardens water by raising the pH. Only this carbon is neutral and even slightly lowers the water's pH (see pH test photo on the left NEO BAG on the right regular carbon)
Cleaning balls:
reduce impurities that could originate from the carbon itself. This way, the carbon does not dirty the water.
How to use?
Place in a filter (cascade, canister, or internal) or place in the aquarium at the outlet of water from the filter. The greater the flow, the faster and more effective the action.
1 sachet for 60l of water.
Before use, rinse under running water and shake under the stream 20 times.
The package contains 8 sachets.
Each sachet measures 10x8cm
