To achieve optimal environmental conditions for Lake Tanganyika, it is recommended to use Cichlid Lake Salt and Cichlid Trace together.

How to use:

Add a flat teaspoon (5g) daily for every 40 to 80 liters of water, until the desired pH is reached and stabilized. After that, use as needed, but not more frequently than every 2 – 3 weeks.

Tips:

Dissolve in water before use. It is recommended to use when setting up a new aquarium, after changing the water (after adding Cichlid Lake Salt), and between water changes, if necessary to raise the pH. This product is intended to maintain a pH level from 9.0 to 9.4 (depending on the amount used). To lower the pH, use Malawi/Victoria Buffer (pH 7.8 – 8.4) alone or in combination with Tanganyika Buffer.
