Description
Unlike a regular bulb, the fluorescent light evenly distributes heat and UVB/UVA waves throughout the enclosure.
It excellently stimulates the development of reptiles from desert and semi-desert regions, emitting optimal levels of UVB for them and serving as a source of essential radiation for optimal calcium metabolism. UVA radiation stimulates appetite, activity, and reproductive behaviors. A high level of UV radiation has a beneficial effect on reptiles, which in natural conditions receive an exceptionally large dose of this radiation due to low humidity, lack of clouds, and lack of vegetation providing shaded areas. Fully effective up to 50cm.
