Aquael Sterilizer AS 3W

Water pumped through the STERILIZER UV AS flows in a thin layer directly in the field of ultraviolet UV-C radiation, which destroys algae, bacteria, and other pathogenic organisms. Thanks to the operation of the STERILIZER UV AS, the water in the aquarium remains clean and clear at all times, and fish and plants live in a comfortable and healthy environment, which is additionally protected by the STERILIZER UV AS against diseases.

STERILIZER UV AS (except AS 3 W) is fully submersible and can be used both inside and outside the aquarium.

Water passing through the STERILIZER UV AS should be mechanically filtered by a pre-filter. STERILIZER UV AS (models 5, 9, and 11 W) can be installed either inside by fully submerging it or outside the aquarium. It should be powered by a pump or an aquarium filter. Transparent connectors allow for the connection of hoses of various diameters.

Additionally, some AQUAEL pumps and aquarium filters are adapted for direct connection or even installation of the sterilizer lamp inside the filter casing.

STERILIZER UV AS provides a flow rate of up to 1100 l/h and is an essential element of professional filtration systems. Do not touch the lamp glass directly with your hands. Any fingerprints should be removed with a dry cloth before installation.
