Osram Germicidal Puritec HNS 25W G13. Standard two-sided base / two-pin plug G13 (sometimes described as G25). Thickness of 26mm, known as T8. Average length 44cm.
It is a direct replacement for the PHILIPS TUV T8 25W G25 lamp.
How UV-C light works:
Ultraviolet light waves on a scale known as UV-C and a wavelength of 100–280 nm quickly, effectively, and on a large scale kill all kinds of microorganisms. The high effectiveness of UV-C light sterilization has been known for years and is commonly used in almost every industry requiring sterile conditions.
