What is the Komodo thermostat? How does it work?
The thermostat maintains the user-programmed temperature in the terrarium based on temperature readings from the probe. Unlike regular thermostats, it alternately supplies power to the selected heat source. It is specially designed for use only with a heating mat or cable. The thermostat extends the life of the cable or mat and reduces power consumption.

Up to 300W. The thermostat can handle any number of devices, provided their total power does not exceed 300W. For example: 2 x 100W bulbs and 2 x 50W heating cables.
