Why do I need this device?
For your convenience and the safety of your pet. You only need to program the desired conditions inside the terrarium once, and the device will ensure that the temperature, humidity, and time of day are appropriate. It will automatically turn on, for example, lamps during the day or a sprayer or fogger, and will continuously measure and control the temperature and humidity.
Two buttons... and everything works:
The EZ Thermostat Hygrostat has a quick programming function. Just choose the "tropical" or "desert" option, and the device will program the appropriate temperature and humidity for day and night, as well as adjust the length of the day with lighting. Just choose what kind of pet you have - "desert" for desert animals and "tropical" for tropical ones.
Manual programming:
Of course, you can set all the data yourself. This includes:
- temperature with an accuracy of 1°C separately for day and night
- hysteresis, or allowable temperature difference up to 15°C (just like in nature. After all, temperature is not constant throughout the day!)
- humidity ranging from 10% to 90%
- length of day and night
- alarm notifying of too high or too low temperature or humidity.

- second timer. You can program 4 operating times for a device, for example, a sprayer. With an accuracy of one second.
All of the above settings are easy to enter. Each function has a separate button. Therefore, anyone can program and choose the appropriate settings for themselves.
Display and backlighting:
First of all, it is worth mentioning that the LCD display has bright backlighting. This makes it easier to read data. However, if the backlighting annoys you at night, you can simply turn it off.
All programmed data is displayed. The large screen can accommodate them all. It will also display the "desert" and "tropical" programs, so it's clear what settings they have. In addition to the settings, the screen constantly shows the current temperature and humidity.
Temperature and humidity probe:
The probe, which continuously collects information, is placed on a 150cm long wire. The cable can be detached to facilitate the exchange or installation of the device. Just place the wire with the probe in the appropriate place, and the EZ Thermo-Hygro will be able to regulate temperature and humidity.
Plugs:
The EZ Thermostat/hygrostat/timer has all EU plugs, which fit standard sockets currently used in Poland, among other countries.
Memory:
No worries. When the power goes out, the device will remember the programmed data and will continue to measure every hour, minute, and second. This way, it won’t get lost in case of a power outage.

- thermostat: different temperatures for day and night. The temperature during the day, for example, can fluctuate (hysteresis), reflecting a natural climate.
- humidity: min 10% max 90% program your minimum and maximum.
- day and night: set the length of day and night, or use the "desert" or "tropical" function.
- the "desert" and "tropical" functions can be quickly programmed and the entered data can be used for desert or tropical animals.
- second timer: use the timer. Connect, for example, a sprayer, fogger, or other device. Set 1, 2, 3, or 4 operating times (ranges) with an accuracy of one second.
