What is the Komodo thermostat? How does it work?
The thermostat maintains the user-programmed temperature in the terrarium based on temperature readings from the probe. Unlike regular thermostats, it alternately delivers power to the selected heat source. It is specially designed for use exclusively with heating mats or cables. The thermostat extends the life of the cable or mat and reduces electricity consumption.
