Why TDS?
Water quality control in the RO system is essential to ensure that the purified water meets our expectations. Over time, every cartridge and every membrane wears out. To be able to respond promptly and replace any potentially exhausted filter, it is necessary to constantly monitor the quality of the produced water.

How does Inline TDS work?
Using a probe placed on a cable, which can be positioned at any filtration level through a tee (included), TDS reads the quality of the filtered water. The measurement is made by emitting micro-electrical pulses. Only dirty water transmits an electrical charge, as pure H2O has zero conductivity.

Probe. How to place it? What is it made of?
The probe should be placed before and after the membrane and before the DI cartridge by cutting the hose and inserting the tee at the cut point. Made of titanium, the probe guarantees complete corrosion resistance while always providing precise conductivity readings of the water.

Display. Installation and operation:
The measurement result from the probe is displayed on a small LCD screen. Since the screen has bright backlighting, you don’t have to worry about not seeing the result in a dark cabinet under the sink. How to install the display? AutoAqua has thought of your convenience. The display has a magnet, allowing you to quickly install it anywhere on a metal surface.

Battery and operating time:
Press the button, and TDS will show you the measurement on the display. The screen will turn off after 180 seconds to save battery. The included battery should last for a year of use. A low battery icon will appear on the screen before it runs out, notifying you in advance.

Calibration:
With the help of two buttons, you can calibrate the reading if necessary.
