Description
Jiban soil is a complete substrate for freshwater aquariums. The creation of Jiban soil involved top-class specialists in the fields of chemistry, biology, and environmental engineering. The highest quality natural raw materials were used in the production of Jiban soil. Our substrate is dedicated to high-tech aquariums equipped with intense lighting and a CO2 system. A unique production process allowed for the preservation of all the natural properties of the substrates used. Thanks to revolutionary forming and sintering technology, a homogeneous and porous matrix has been created, which is an ideal environment for the development of microorganisms and the root systems of plants. The microorganisms and the plant remain in symbiosis, ensuring perfect growth and appearance. The use of our unique substrate ensures long-lasting release of nutrients and biostimulants into the aquarium. An additional advantage is the high ion-exchange capacity that stabilizes water parameters perfectly. Our substrate lowers both general and carbonate hardness, adjusting the pH to create an ideal environment for the cultivation of both plants and tropical fish from slightly acidic water biotopes.
Instructions for use:
The substrate is ready to use and should not be rinsed. It should not be mixed with substrates or underlayers from other manufacturers. In a newly established aquarium, the bottom surface should be covered with a minimum of 6 cm of Jiban soil. The substrate should be thoroughly wetted with water and left for about 30-45 minutes. Plants should be planted carefully using tweezers, burying their roots in the substrate. For the first 4 weeks, it is recommended to change 25-50% of the water twice a week until the aquarium stabilizes. During the initial filling of the tank and water changes, the stabilization of its parameters occurs after some time. It is recommended to use RO water with the addition of Ishiko plant mineralizer. Tap water with a general hardness not exceeding 20°dH is allowed, but in this case, the substrate loses its ion-exchange properties more quickly.
