- Stimulates soil flora through effective and rapid colonization by beneficial bacteria in the substrate. This limits undesirable algae growth, relieves the filter, and keeps the water crystal clear.

- Ready-to-use substrate that should be rinsed once under running water before use.
Successful plant care: Natural substrate stimulates soil flora and is optimal for plant care. The nutrient storage acts like a battery (releasing nutrients until exhausted and can be recharged with additional fertilization) is neutral for water and rounded. Therefore, it is ideal for burrowing fish species such as loaches and catfish.
Combination with long-lasting nutrient substrate: Supplementing with JBL ProFlora AquaBasis plus as a long-lasting nutrient substrate with JBL Manado Dark as a top layer also ensures strong and healthy plant growth even for very demanding plants.
Usage: Briefly rinse with lukewarm tap water before use to remove dust generated from friction during transport.
Calculation formula: Proper amount of substrate: Length (cm) x Width (cm): 200 = liters of substrate at 5 cm thickness.
5l of substrate is sufficient for a 50l aquarium.
