Gravel / grit is a completely natural product. Formed from real coral reef, it has numerous pores and irregular shapes.
In the Malawi / Tanganyika biotope:
It perfectly hardens the water, maintaining its ideal parameters permanently. It is suitable as substrate and decoration.
In a marine aquarium:
It works well as a biological filtration medium. Its numerous pores provide an excellent habitat for bacteria, and the properties of natural coral rock promote seawater parameters.
In a forest in a jar:
It serves as drainage due to its irregular large gradation. Additionally, grit raises the soil pH, adapting it for demanding plants.
