Application in aquaristics:
Gravel works excellently as an aquarium substrate. The roots of plants develop perfectly in gravel with a granulation of 2 - 4mm. Additionally, it serves well as a complement to other aquarium substrates and has a decorative role.
It is safe for shrimp, plecos, corydoras, and other bottom-dwelling animals.
Application in "terrarium":
In mini glass gardens, gravel works excellently as water drainage. It also serves a decorative function. Arranging gravel on the surface looks incredibly spectacular and natural. Additionally, gravel can be mixed with other types of substrate, increasing its volume and improving water exchange.
