However, it is important to know that classic driftwood is not always actually part of a root. Where is Philippines Classic Driftwood from?
As you might guess, our driftwood roots have been carefully collected mainly from rivers and lakes in the Philippines, but also from surrounding countries like Indonesia and Malaysia.

Safe and Eco-Friendly: Each piece of wood is thoroughly washed and boiled to ensure the absence of salt, bacteria, fungi, or pesticides, guaranteeing complete safety for your fish.

Does it change pH?
Yes, the roots have been prepared in such a way as to maintain their natural ability to lower the pH of the water, which is a wonderful remedy for too high pH that often occurs in aquaristics. An ideal solution for planted aquariums, where the pH should be lower than neutral.

Is your water pH appropriate? No problem! Place the root in water for a few to several days and frequently change the water, and you will eliminate its water-softening properties.
