Check valve for water treatment systems on a 6mm line. Commonly used at the outlet of treated water from the osmotic membrane. It protects the membrane from uncontrolled water flow from the faucet side.

Check valves allow unidirectional water flow - always in the direction indicated on the valve. A classic place to use these valves is at the outlet of clean water from the membrane in reverse osmosis filters. Other uses of the valve include, for example, protecting the membrane from potentially backflowing water from the sewage system.
