The substrate is made from chopped stems and fibers of hemp. It is an extremely absorbent and sterile substrate, and also allows for the construction of shelters. It is completely safe and poses no threat if swallowed - it will not accumulate in the digestive tract, will not clog, and will be easily digested. It is dedicated to all reptiles, mammals, and insects. This includes: turtles, hamsters, rabbits, corn snakes, ball pythons, bearded dragons, tarantulas, and many others.
