Terrario Series - Heart of the Jungle:
This is a specially selected substrate sourced from legal origins. The selection involves choosing appropriate strains of plants intended for creating the substrate. Plants are selected based on their condition and health status. The resulting substrate is characterized by increased durability, water and moisture absorption, and resistance to temperatures and mechanical factors - depending on the type of substrate.

Safety and freshness of substrates from the Heart of the Jungle series:
The manufacturer Terrario makes every effort to ensure that you receive freshly "harvested" substrate. Long storage times can adversely affect plant substrates. Therefore, Terrario exclusively uses fast air transport when collecting the substrate from its natural origin.

Maduru Oya Soil:
A safe substrate made from 100% pure cellulose enriched with colloidal silver. It is one of the cleanest substrates offered for use with animals. It has high absorbency and neutralizes unpleasant odors. It works great for breeding mammals and reptiles of any species.
The substrate does not cause dusting and guarantees hygienic breeding conditions.

Substrate with granulation of 5mm x 5mm to 20mm.

Colloidal silver addition / antibacterial action:
The action of silver can be compared to that of an antibiotic, as positively charged silver ions attach to negatively charged bacteria and destroy the structure of bacterial cells in this way. Colloidal silver also exhibits antiviral, antifungal, and anti-yeast properties. Additionally, it positively influences the healing of damaged tissues.
The particle size of colloidal silver ranges from 1-5 nm. In comparison, viruses are sized 20-300 nm, and bacteria 200-80,000 nm. This is why colloidal silver can easily penetrate their interiors and destroy them. To illustrate the size difference between colloidal silver and bacteria, one can compare the size of a domestic cat to the highest peak on Earth – Mount Everest.
