Included:
1. Echinodorus Tenellus - foreground / midground (5 seedlings + 1 to 5 FREE)
It can grow in the foreground or midground. Resistant to various cultivation conditions. Echinodorus Tenellus forms a dense tuft of grass with substantial blades. It quickly propagates by sending out runners from which new tufts grow. You can detach the newly formed plants and replant them anywhere. An untrimmed plant can grow up to 10cm tall. Ideal for a lawn covering the entire substrate of the aquarium.
2. Lobelia sp. Mini - midground / background (1 + 1 to 3 seedlings FREE)
A broad-leaved plant with dark green coloration. This species grows rather slowly, so despite its wide leaves, it doesn't require much fertilization, making it suitable for beginners. Its wide and "fleshy leaves, densely growing, provide an ideal shelter for most aquarium fish.
3. Hygroryza Aristata - floating plant (2 "adult" specimens)
This plant is already fully developed. Therefore, it immediately "gets to work" removing all harmful compounds that contribute to algae growth.
This plant grows and propagates quickly. Its growth is closely linked to the removal of harmful compounds from the water. Therefore, let it grow and do its job, and remove older leaves or excess whole plants from the tank at your discretion. Hygroryza is appreciated not only by aquarists but also by wastewater treatment plant employees. It turns out that this plant absorbs harmful compounds so well that it is used for cleaning everything that flows from our households. And what do we aquarists get from this? Clean conditioned water free from all kinds of harmful elements, plus protection against algae.
The plant propagates by branching. You can freely divide the plant into smaller pieces.
The aforementioned plants will quickly grow and take on their target shapes (except for hygroryza, which is already mature).
The plants in this set should be treated as cuttings for further cultivation and propagation.
How to prepare plants 1 and 2 for planting?
- take the plant out of the bag, clean the roots from the remnants of the gel in which the plants were grown
- wash the plant under running water
- optionally, divide the plants into smaller parts, but this is not necessary
- place them in the aquarium substrate
How to prepare hygroryza for placement in the aquarium?
Simply take it out of the bag and place it on the water surface.
