Aquaforest PO4 + LAB - marine aquarium phosphates

The use of strong filtration media, nutrient-reducing agents, and foam removers can cause a sudden drop in phosphate levels in the aquarium. A zero level of PO4 in a marine aquarium significantly complicates the reduction of NO3, therefore precise adjustment of phosphate levels is necessary.

AF PO4+ is a product designed primarily for aquarium owners with a small number of fish or very intensive filtration. Highly depleted, nutrient-free water causes problems with coral coloration, bleaching, and significantly inhibited growth. LPS corals are particularly sensitive to low nutrient levels. AF PO4+ allows for precise correction of phosphate levels and a quick return to desired values. In a marine aquarium, the ratio of PO4 to NO3 should be 1:16.

AF PO4+ is a product from the Aquaforest Lab line created for aquarists who want full control over the parameters in their tank. Before use, we recommend testing both NO3 and PO4 levels and gradually dosing until the desired phosphate level is achieved.

1 ml of AF PO4+ added to 100 l of water in the aquarium raises phosphate levels by 0.01 mg/l (ppm)
