Seachem Flourish Potassium 500ml

In a densely planted tank, potassium deficiencies may occur. Another cause could be the lack of elements in the water. In both cases, potassium is a limiting factor for growth. Flourish Potassium prevents potassium deficiencies (manifested by yellowing of leaves) and accelerates plant growth. The most readily available sources of this element are potassium nitrate and potassium phosphate. Unfortunately, both of these substances introduce nitrogen and phosphorus into the system, disrupting the N:P:K (nitrogen: phosphorus: potassium) ratio. To prevent this, Flourish Potassium is obtained from sulfate.

How to use:

One cap (5 ml) per 125 liters of aquarium volume. This dose increases the potassium level by 2 mg/l. Apply 2 - 3 times a week or as needed. Symptoms of potassium deficiency in plants manifest as chlorosis (yellowing) and leaf necrosis, weakening of shoots and the root system.

Source: potassium sulfate Potassium in free form is present at a concentration of 50,000 ppm (5%). Regulations require that its content be reported in the form of a compound that is not present in the preparation (K2O) instead of in a more readable form (K).
