Aquaforest K Boost 125ml - potassium in liquid form

Supplement of easily absorbable potassium for aquarium plants. Potassium is an important building block, participating in many biochemical reactions, where it acts as an enzyme activator. It is also responsible for osmotic regulation and the transport of compounds within the plant. A deficiency of potassium manifests as yellowing of the edges and tips of leaves, and in later stages leads to necrosis. The potassium concentration in the aquarium should be 10-20 mg/l. AF K Boost fully supplements the potassium deficiencies needed by aquarium plants. The preparation is quickly assimilated by the plants, allowing effects to be visible after a short period of use.

Dosing: 10 ml of AF K Boost per 100 l of water raises the potassium level by 0.4 mg/l. Supplementation should be maintained until satisfactory results are achieved. It is recommended to use it in parallel with AF Micro, AF PO4 Boost, and AF N Boost products. Absorbents such as zeolite and/or carbon may reduce the effectiveness of the preparation.
