Eco Plant - Lagenandra Meeboldii 'Red' - InVitro small cup
This plant is easiest to compare to anubias due to its ease of cultivation and the way it roots itself in everything. The leaves are more similar to Cryptocoryne, meaning they are wide and large. However, the color varies like in some rotalas. Depending on the iron content, it can range from autumn yellows and oranges, through pinks and reds, to violets. In summary, Lagenandra Meeboldii 'Red' is as easy as Anubias, shaped like Cryptocoryne, and the color is surprising and vivid.

About the Lagenandra Meeboldii 'Red' plant:
This plant is still relatively unpopular in aquaristics. It is rather hard to find and is rarely encountered in stores. It has many advantages and wonderful features. Considering its low requirements, large and "fleshy" leaves, and its unique changing color, it is easy to conclude that it is an ideal plant for beginner aquarists or aquarists looking for a significant red in their aquarium.
