About the plant Anubias Heterophylla:
A classic species of Anubias. Its high popularity is due to its incredible durability and high adaptability.
It can be attached to stones or wood as an accent or central element, depending on the size of the tank. We recommend Anubias for aquariums of any size. It grows best when the rhizome is attached to a hard garden material, such as wood or stone. Regular fertilization is beneficial, and lighting from low to medium is sufficient, as high lighting promotes algae growth on the leaves. CO2 is not required, but it encourages faster growth and strong leaves.
Anubias Heterophylla does well outside of the aquatic environment as an emergent plant. Therefore, we also recommend it for terrariums or paludariums.
Propagation is simple; just cut or break off the rhizomes to replant them.
