Description
About the plant Lobelia Mini (cardinalis Mini):
A smaller subspecies compared to the popular Lobelia Cardinalis. Its popularity is due to its ease of cultivation and its distinctly shaped leaves.
Lobelia cardinalis can be found growing wild in North America. In swampy and peatland environments, the leaves will have a dark green coloration with a purple underside. The plant produces numerous scarlet-red flowers.
When used in an aquarium, Lobelia Cardinalis has a striking light green color and makes a wonderful background or midground plant depending on the size of the aquarium.
The plant can be easily propagated by cutting leaves, stems, or roots.
To maintain the plant, Neo Tabs Plant K and Neo Tabs Plant st.Long are sufficient.
When planting, clumps should be spaced 2.5cm apart to promote faster growth.
Adding CO2 and using soft water will significantly accelerate growth. This plant can grow quickly and will require regular trimming when cultivated under the right conditions.
