About the Repens plant:
The plant adds charm to any water tank due to its colorful appearance. Multicolored leaves grow in pairs opposite each other on a long and sturdy stem. The plant is not demanding in cultivation. The variety of colors depends on the iron content and regular trimming of the plant.
When planted in clumps of 5 - 10 pieces in the background, it looks incredibly spectacular and visually increases the volume of the aquarium.
Ludwigia Repens can also serve as a background plant in nano aquariums.
The plant can be easily propagated by trimming and inserting new cuttings into the substrate. The substrate should contain a significant amount of macro and microelements.
To maintain and propagate the plant, Neo Tabs Plant Fe and Neo Tabs Plant st.Long fertilizer tablets are sufficient.
When planting, the clumps should be spaced 2.5 cm apart to grow faster.
Adding CO2 and soft water will significantly accelerate growth. This plant can grow quickly and will require regular trimming when grown under the right conditions.
