Open aquariums, which are free from traditional covers, are gaining more and more popularity. It’s no wonder – such a tank not only has a very attractive appearance but also improves the microclimate of the room it is in. By humidifying the air, it facilitates breathing and has a beneficial effect on the bronchi, which is especially noticeable for allergy sufferers and people suffering from various respiratory ailments. However, such tanks require appropriate lighting that combines aesthetic and practical qualities.
LED lamp LEDDY SLIM DUO 10W SUNNY PLANT&NIGHT
is designed for lighting freshwater open tanks with a length of 20 to 30 cm. It contains two rows of LEDs with a total power of 10 W (2x5 W). Half consists of SUNNY diodes that emit light similar to sunlight (color temperature 7000 K), while the other half consists of PLANT diodes specially developed for the needs of plants (color temperature 9000 K). The lamp perfectly reproduces the colors inside the tank and supports the rapid, uninterrupted growth of plants. It works perfectly in small planted aquariums and shrimp tanks. Its flat, futuristic shape and trendy black color make it an excellent match for modern aquarium tanks and it looks great in any interior. Moreover, it is universal – it can also be installed on tanks of non-standard sizes.

The DAY & NIGHT lighting beautifully highlights the aquarium's arrangement both during the day and at night, and also makes the interior cozier. Changing the working mode DAY / DAYBREAK / NIGHT occurs by turning off and on the module with the switch within no more than 5 seconds. Switching directly to DAY mode occurs after turning off the module for more than 5 seconds and turning it back on. It is best to automate this process using a modern aquarium controller SOCKET DUO.
