Innovative LED lamps LEDDY SLIM are designed for lighting open tanks (without a cover), both freshwater and marine. They contain carefully selected LED diodes that provide ideal lighting for the tank, ensuring excellent living conditions for its inhabitants and a unique visual effect. The flat, futuristic shape and trendy white color make them a perfect fit for modern aquarium tanks and look great in any interior.
Moreover, they are versatile – adjustable brackets allow for installation on aquariums of different lengths, including those of non-standard sizes.
LED diodes represent the most advanced solution for lighting in aquaristics and are increasingly replacing outdated fluorescent lamps in the market. They provide lighting parameters perfectly suited to the needs of the tank while consuming significantly less energy than traditional light sources. They also have a lifespan several times longer than fluorescent lamps, which results in additional savings due to the lack of necessity for frequent replacements.
Innovative self-regeneration system in LEDDY SLIM lighting
To further extend the lifespan of the lamps, AQUAEL – a leading manufacturer of LED aquarium lighting – introduces a novelty. The latest LEDDY SLIM lamps feature an original, innovative self-regeneration system.
In PLANT type lamps, the self-regeneration system is based on built-in ADDITIONAL LED DIODES, which in the new lamp DO NOT LIGHT UP (this is a normal phenomenon anticipated by the manufacturer). They activate only in the event of a failure of one of the primary diodes. This way, the lamp maintains its properties, and its brightness and emitted light parameters do not change.
Thanks to the new self-regeneration system, LEDDY SLIM lamps will operate even longer, providing ideal lighting conditions for observing the aquarium and for the growth of the plants within it.
The Leddy Slim Day&Night 32W lighting includes both daytime and nighttime lighting - allowing for observation of the underwater world even at night.
The lighting operates in 3 modes:
DAY mode - daytime light consists of white diodes, providing the brightest light for illuminating the aquarium during the day.
DAYBREAK mode - reduced lighting power to 50%, useful during feeding. The mixed light combines white and blue diodes.
NIGHT mode - nighttime light consists of blue diodes, allowing for observation of the underwater world at night.
