Half of them are MARINE diodes, emitting strong white light with a color temperature of 10000 K, ensuring good coral growth. The remaining ACTINIC diodes emit blue actinic light, which enhances the colors of marine animals. The lamp provides ideal illumination for the aquarium, guaranteeing excellent living conditions for its inhabitants and a unique visual effect. Its flat, futuristic shape and trendy white color make it perfectly blend with modern aquariums and look great in any interior. The LED lamp LEDDY SLIM DUO 10W MARINE&ACTINIC operates in three modes: DAY (MARINE 100% power), DAYBREAK (MARINE 50% power & ACTINIC 50% power), and ACTINIC (ACTINIC 100% power). DAY is the basic and strongest light for illuminating the aquarium during the day. DAYBREAK is ideal as the first mode after night and during fish feeding – especially for shy species. ACTINIC provides a blue glow that allows for unique observation of the aquarium after dark, including fish and nocturnal animals.
DAY & ACTINIC lighting beautifully showcases the aquarium arrangement both day and night, making the interior cozier. The change of mode DAY / DAYBREAK / ACTINIC occurs by turning the module off and on with a switch within no more than 5 seconds. Switching directly to DAY mode happens by turning off the module for more than 5 seconds and then turning it back on.
