Retro Fit GTR lamps are an excellent product designed for replacing outdated fluorescent lighting systems. The use of LED lamps with High-Power-LED diodes far exceeds traditional fluorescent bulbs, providing significantly more light, energy efficiency, longevity, and a much faster and denser growth of plants and corals.
The diodes ensure energy savings of up to 75% compared to fluorescent bulbs, and most importantly, they generate much more light directed downwards, rather than around like a fluorescent bulb.
Using Resun Aqua Syncro lamps significantly reduces power consumption, which users quickly notice.
An additional great advantage of Retro Fit GTR lamps is their longevity. The lighting effectively lasts up to 12 years without changing its parameters. Compared to traditional T8 fluorescent bulbs, which need to be replaced every 6 - 9 months, it is easy to see that using LED lighting is exceptionally economical and satisfying.
It is also worth mentioning that LED lighting does not generate heat, which is significant during the warm season.
There are many models of Retro Fit lamps on the market; however, only the lamps from Resun Aqua Syncro are designed specifically to replace a specific fluorescent bulb. The lighting is designed so that light is emitted along the entire length (from end to end), whereas in other Retro Fit lamps, light was only available over part of the length of the replaced fluorescent bulb.
Additionally, only the Resun Aqua Syncro lamp is placed inside a glass tube made of the highest waterproof and transparent glass. This solution does not block the flow of light and, moreover, does not cloud over time like the plastic tubes of competing Retro Fits.
The lamp features special adapters that allow for easy and quick installation in T8 sockets of the old fluorescent bulb. The product has its own power supply system with a switch located on the cable. The lamp will not use the old electrical system that powered the fluorescent bulb.
The Retro Fit GTR series from Resun Aqua Syncro differs primarily in greater power and stronger light compared to the Retro Fit series from Resun Aqua Syncro. It comes in several color variations (Super Plant, Super Malawi, Super Sunny) and is produced in lengths that allow for the replacement of T8 fluorescent bulbs with power ratings of 15W, 18W, 30W, and 36W.
SUPER PLANT color is based on High-Power-LED RGB technology. The reddish-white light emitted by the lamp is the result of mixing colors with color temperatures of 6500K, 7500K, and 8500K in proportions of 25% to 25% to 50%. This color mixture excellently influences plant photosynthesis, significantly accelerating their lush growth and enhancing coloration. The SUPER PLANT color perfectly replaces the popular Grolux fluorescent bulb and the daylight of 865 fluorescent bulbs.
