Resun Retro Fit LED - 14W 120cm PLANT

Retro Fit lamps are an excellent product designed for replacing outdated lighting systems based on fluorescent lamps. The use of LED lamps with Power-LED diodes goes far into the future compared to a regular fluorescent lamp, providing more light, energy efficiency, longevity, and significantly faster and more lush growth of plants and corals.

The diodes ensure energy savings of up to 75% compared to fluorescent lamps, and most importantly, they generate more light directed downward rather than around like a fluorescent lamp. 
Using Resun Aqua Syncro lamps significantly reduces electricity consumption, which is quickly felt by the user. 
An additional great advantage of Retro Fit lamps is their longevity. The lighting effectively shines for up to 12 years without changing its parameters. Comparing this advantage to traditional T8 fluorescent lamps, which need to be replaced every 6 - 9 months, it is easy to see that using LED lighting is undoubtedly economical and satisfying. 
It is also worth mentioning that LED lighting does not generate heat, which is not insignificant during the warm season.

There are many models of Retro Fit lamps on the market; however, only lamps from the manufacturer Resun Aqua Syncro are produced with the intention of replacing a specific fluorescent lamp. The lighting is designed so that the light is emitted along the entire length (from socket to socket), whereas in the case of other Retro Fit lamps, light was available only over part of the length of the replaced fluorescent lamp. 
Additionally, only the Resun Aqua Syncro lamp is placed inside a glass tube made of the highest waterproof and transparent glass. This solution does not block the flow of light and, moreover, does not become cloudy over time like the plastic tubes of competing Retro Fits. 

The lamp has special adapters that allow easy and quick installation in T8 sockets after the old fluorescent lamp. The product has its own power supply system with a switch located on the cable. The lamp will not use the old electrical system that powered the fluorescent lamp.


The Retro Fit series from the manufacturer Resun Aqua Syncro comes in two color variations (Plant and Sunny) and is produced in lengths that allow for the replacement of T8 fluorescent lamps with power ratings of 15W, 18W, 30W, and 36W.

PLANT color is based on Power-LED RGB technology. The reddish light emitted by the lamp is the result of mixing colors at temperatures of 6500K, 7500K, and 8500K in proportions of 25% to 25% to 50%. This mixture of colors greatly influences the photosynthesis of plants, significantly accelerating their lush growth and enhancing their coloration. The plant color perfectly replaces the popular Grolux fluorescent lamp and the daylight of 865 fluorescent lamps.
