Resun Retro Fit LED - 3W 44cm SUNNY

Retro Fit lamps are an excellent product designed for replacing outdated lighting systems based on fluorescent bulbs. The use of LED lamps with Power-LED diodes far exceeds traditional fluorescent bulbs, providing more light, energy efficiency, longevity, and significantly faster and denser growth of plants and corals.

Diodes ensure energy savings of up to 75% compared to fluorescent lamps, and most importantly, they generate more light directed downward, rather than around like a fluorescent bulb. 
Using Resun Aqua Syncro lamps significantly reduces electricity consumption, which is quickly felt by the user. 
Another great advantage of Retro Fit lamps is their longevity. The lighting effectively lasts up to 12 years without changing its parameters. Compared to traditional T8 fluorescent bulbs, which need to be replaced every 6 - 9 months, it is easy to see that using LED lighting is undoubtedly cost-effective and satisfying. 
It is also worth mentioning that LED lighting does not generate heat, which is significant during warm weather.

There are many models of Retro Fit lamps on the market; however, only those from the manufacturer Resun Aqua Syncro are produced with the intention of replacing a specific fluorescent bulb. The lighting is designed so that light is emitted along the entire length (from socket to socket), whereas in the case of other Retro Fit lamps, light was available only over part of the length of the replaced fluorescent bulb. 
Additionally, only the Resun Aqua Syncro lamp is enclosed within a glass tube made of the highest waterproof and clarity glass. This solution does not block the flow of light, and moreover, it does not become cloudy over time like the plastic tubes of competing Retro Fits. 

The lamp comes with special adapters that allow for easy and quick installation in T8 sockets of the old fluorescent bulb. The product has its own power supply system with a switch placed on the cable. The lamp will not use the old electrical system that operated the fluorescent bulb.


The Retro Fit series from Resun Aqua Syncro is available in two color variations (Plant and Sunny) and is produced in lengths that allow for the replacement of T8 fluorescent bulbs with powers of 15W, 18W, 30W, and 36W.

The SUNNY color is based on Power-LED RGB technology. The bright white light emitted by the lamp is the result of mixing colors with temperatures of 6500K and 10000K in equal proportions of 50% to 50%. This mixture of colors has an excellent effect on the coloration of fish and plants in the water and supports photosynthesis, significantly accelerating their lush growth. The SUNNY color perfectly replaces the popular Aquastar fluorescent lamp and the daylight of fluorescent lamps 865.
