Resun Retro Fit LED - 5W 44cm PLANT

Retro Fit Lamps are an excellent product designed for replacing outdated lighting systems based on fluorescent lamps. The use of LED lamps with Power-LED diodes goes far into the future compared to ordinary fluorescent lamps, providing more light, energy efficiency, longevity, and significantly faster and lusher growth of plants and corals.

The diodes ensure energy savings of up to 75% compared to fluorescent lamps, and most importantly, they generate more light directed downwards rather than around like a fluorescent lamp. The use of Resun Aqua Syncro lamps significantly reduces electricity consumption, which is quickly felt by the user.
Another excellent advantage of Retro Fit lamps is their longevity. The lighting effectively lasts up to 12 years without changing its parameters. Comparing this advantage to traditional T8 fluorescent lamps, which need to be replaced every 6 - 9 months, it is easy to see that using LED lighting is exceptionally economical and satisfying.
It is also worth mentioning that LED lighting does not generate heat, which is significant during the warm season.

There are many models of Retro Fit lamps available on the market; however, only the lamps from Resun Aqua Syncro are produced with the intention of replacing a specific fluorescent lamp. The lighting is designed to emit light along the entire length (from socket to socket), whereas other Retro Fit lamps provide light only over part of the length of the replaced fluorescent lamp.
Additionally, only the Resun Aqua Syncro lamp is placed inside a glass tube made of the highest waterproof and clarity glass. This solution does not block the flow of light and furthermore does not become opaque over time like the plastic tubes of competing Retro Fits.

The lamp comes with special adapters that allow for easy and quick installation in T8 sockets after the old fluorescent lamp. The product has its own power supply system with a switch located on the cable. The lamp will not use the old electrical system that powered the fluorescent lamp.


The Retro Fit series from Resun Aqua Syncro comes in two color variations (Plant and Sunny) and is produced in lengths that allow for the replacement of T8 fluorescent lamps of 15W, 18W, 30W, and 36W.

PLANT Color is based on Power-LED RGB technology. The reddish light emitted by the lamp is the result of mixing colors with temperatures of 6500K, 7500K, and 8500K in proportions of 25% to 25% to 50%. This color mixture greatly enhances the photosynthesis of plants, significantly accelerating their lush growth and strengthening their coloration. The plant color perfectly replaces the popular Grolux fluorescent lamp and the daylight of 865 fluorescent lamps.
