LEDDY TUBE – economical and versatile!
Properly selected LED diodes are the primary light source in modern aquaristics. They have effectively replaced previously used fluorescent lamps, bulbs, and compact fluorescent lights. Compared to them, they have a number of advantages. They allow for a significant reduction in electricity consumption, as they produce the same amount of light as fluorescent lamps while consuming up to half as much energy. This translates into lower electricity bills, which is beneficial for the aquarist's wallet, as well as environmental protection. They do not need to be replaced frequently, as they can operate for up to 15,000 hours, which again relates to significant savings, environmental protection, and less labor intensity. They do not unnecessarily heat the water in the aquarium, emit light directionally only towards the water surface (therefore no additional reflectors are needed), and unlike traditional fluorescent lamps, they come with a two-year manufacturer's warranty.

LEDDY TUBE 14W MARINE D&N LED module is designed for illuminating marine reef tanks. It contains carefully selected LED diodes that emit strong white light at a temperature of 10,000 K, ideal for the development of corals. It provides excellent illumination for the aquarium, guaranteeing perfect living conditions for its inhabitants. It can be installed in Aquael covers and lamps. By using accessory T5/T8 adapters, it can also be installed in any cover or lamp designed for traditional aquarium fluorescent lights. The accessory holder DUBLED allows adding an additional module to the lamp or cover, thus increasing the tank's lighting.

LEDDY TUBE 14W MARINE D&N module is equipped with a Day & Night function. It operates in three modes: DAY / DAYBREAK / NIGHT. DAY is the basic and strongest light for illuminating the aquarium during the day. DAYBREAK is a reduced power of daytime lighting to 50% plus blue light. It works well as the first mode after night and during fish feeding – especially in the case of skittish inhabitants. NIGHT is a blue glow allowing for unique observation of the aquarium after dark, including fish and nocturnal animals. The Day & Night lighting beautifully highlights the aquarium's arrangement both during the day and at night, and also makes the interior of the room where the tank is located cozier. Switching between DAY / DAYBREAK / NIGHT modes occurs by turning the module off and on again with a switch within no longer than 5 seconds. Switching directly to DAY mode occurs after turning the module off for more than 5 seconds and turning it back on.
