How does the modular filter SunSun work?
The filter is standardly equipped with two separate media baskets. The baskets can be easily and individually detached from the filter to access their interior. The filter pump forces circulation through both baskets or one, as it is possible to connect only one basket. The baskets are cleverly integrated with the pump, creating a cohesive and strong unit. 

Why does the filter have baskets for filter media?
The baskets can be appropriately utilized to change the water filtration properties. In case of unwanted water parameters, one can enhance them with media such as Organ-Ex, activated carbon, bio-ceramics, Neo Media, bio-balls, and other filter inserts. The spacious baskets can be arranged as desired. Their order can be freely changed. 

Is the filter better than regular internal filters?
The ability to add any filter inserts is a significant convenience for the user and is a major advantage of the product. This feature makes the filter significantly superior to other counterparts. 

Flow regulation:
The filter is equipped with a clever and smooth flow regulation. This allows the power of the filter to be adjusted to the aquarium's capacity and the types of filter inserts used. 

Aerator in the Turbo filter:
The set includes a complete set of connectors and hoses for aerating the water. The user has the option to use this function, but it is not enforced by the filter's design. The aeration function is enhanced with the ability to adjust the aeration efficiency, thanks to a special air valve that is also included in the set. The valve has a special rubber design that minimizes noise from water and air pumping.

Motor and impeller:
The filter from the manufacturer SunSun is built on years of experience. It is characterized by reliability, efficient operation, and high energy efficiency. The impeller, which is the heart of the device, is resistant to high pressure from the pumped water and additionally has a shaft made of sintered stainless steel with titanium, allowing the pump to operate in seawater.
