Aquael PAT-Mini 400l/h + additional sponge included

AQUAEL PAT MINI – a miniature turbine filter PAT MINI intended for small freshwater aquariums. This device consists of a tiny head and carefully selected filter sponge. Thanks to the use of innovative design solutions, this head has a maximum efficiency of up to 400 l/h, which is as much as a typical medium-sized aquarium turbine filter. All this with an energy consumption of no more than 4 W. As a result, PAT MINI provides efficient filtration even in a 120-liter tank. However, will it create excessive "washing" in a much smaller aquarium? There is no need to worry, as there is a performance control switch on the front of the head that allows adjusting this parameter to the needs of every aquarist. The filter also has a directional nozzle that enables reducing the water current in the aquarium by directing it, for example, towards the tank wall. It is also equipped with an aeration tube connected to the outlet nozzle, which allows for effective and efficient oxygenation of the water in the tank.

The sponge included with the PAT MINI filter effectively performs mechanical filtration in the aquarium, capturing even the finest visible impurities from the water. Furthermore, it provides an ideal substrate for the colonization of beneficial nitrifying bacteria that oxidize ammonia and nitrates, which are toxic to fish. Maintaining the sponge is very simple and takes only a few seconds. This way, we ensure the continuous operation of the filter and guarantee that the inhabitants of our aquarium will swim in crystal-clear and toxin-free water.

Installing the device is very easy, thanks to the strong suction cup holder equipped with a functional hook that allows attaching the filter to the edge of the aquarium glass.

The PAT MINI filter can work with the AQUAEL rain bar and the AQUAEL MINI UV water sterilizer. Replaceable sponge inserts are also available, both standard and in CARBOMAX version (saturated with activated carbon to remove chemical impurities and discolorations from the water) and PHOSMAX (to remove phosphates from the water, effectively limiting algae growth).
