Residues from plants, food, and metabolic products degrade the quality of aquarium water. Good water quality is essential for strengthening the health of fish and plants in the aquarium. This can be achieved through various aquarium filters. Filters suck in aquarium water and remove contaminants and waste substances from the water. They also provide an ideal habitat for bacteria that break down harmful substances.

Mechanical and Biological Filtration
The internal filter provides a large filtration capacity for mechanical and biological filtration of aquarium water. The modular design of the CristalProfi filter can be expanded as needed. The water outlet can be rotated up to 90°.

Easy Installation
The internal filter is fully equipped and ready for connection, including filter media. Connect the filter to a wide-flow nozzle or rain bar. Place the filter in the aquarium and plug it in. The energy-efficient and safe internal filter has a TÜV certification and is fully submersible. CristalProfi ensures high energy savings with only 8 W power consumption.

Expansion:
Anyone with additional height in their aquarium or switching to a taller aquarium can "extend" their internal filter JBL CristalProfi using modules. A single module has a height of 7 cm. The filter head has a height of 8 cm, including the lever for adjusting the output. A plate with a water drain valve is placed on the lower module, resulting in the lowest module having a total height of 8.2 cm. Example: The internal filter JBL CristalProfi with two modules (and 80) has a height of 8.2 + 7.0 + 8.0 cm = 23.2 cm.
