It is essential for the proper functioning of many animals that we usually keep in terrariums. It is responsible for the basic life functions of the pet, not just metabolic ones. It's important to provide the animal with infrared light, which in nature the animal would receive in significant amounts.
This is a very energy-efficient bulb!
It's hard not to appreciate this, especially with the constantly rising electricity prices. This mini bulb heats stronger than a typical 100W infrared bulb from the best manufacturers! Its closest equivalent is 125W. Compare the power table with your chosen regular infrared bulb, and you'll see for yourself.
