Why free water flow leads to better filtration?
In our filter, water flows through the filter media freely, thanks to gravity, not under direct pressure from the water pump. This natural, free flow allows for longer contact between water and filter media, significantly increasing the effectiveness of biological and chemical filtration. Unlike systems that force water flow under pressure, free flow promotes the development of beneficial bacteria and more thorough removal of impurities. As a result, the water in your aqua-terrarium will be not only clean but also biologically healthy and perfectly suited to the needs of turtles and amphibians.

The filter chamber capacity is as much as 975ml!
There are three baskets for filter media containing filter fleece and two sponges. There is still plenty of space for other inserts if needed for your aquarium.
