Why is free water flow better filtration?
In our filter, water flows freely through the filter inserts due to gravity, rather than under direct pressure from the water pump. This natural, free flow allows for longer contact between the water and the filter inserts, significantly increasing the efficiency of biological and chemical filtration. Unlike systems that force water flow under pressure, free drainage promotes the development of beneficial bacteria and more thorough removal of impurities. As a result, the water in your aqua-terrarium will be not only clean but also biologically healthy and perfectly adapted to the needs of turtles and amphibians.

The filter chamber capacity is as much as 650ml!
There are two baskets for filter media where you will find filter fleece and sponge. There is still plenty of space for other inserts if needed for your aquarium.
