What is a heating mat used for?
You can use the mat in terraristics, aquaristics, for heat-loving cats, and in home plant cultivation. It raises the temperature across its entire surface, where high heating power is provided by infrared radiation.

Cloth Heat Mat - how does it differ from ordinary heating mats?
The fundamental difference lies in the construction of the heating system. Previous mats had a uniform structure regardless of the manufacturer.
Komodo has developed a new heating system based on the use of fiberglass and copper strips. Fiberglass is much more resistant to burnout and better transmits the generated heat. The ends with copper strips dissipate heat, reducing it to a minimum at the ends of the mat, which, along with the use of fiberglass, affects the reliability of the heating mat.
