About the terrarium:
Materials: It is made of glass, waterproof steel, and other components. It provides excellent ventilation and has a waterproof bottom, so you can even fill it with water if you want to keep aquatic turtles in it.
Doors: The front doors are hinged, but to prevent the pet from escaping, they have a clever latch that prevents the doors from opening by themselves. Additionally, the doors have the option to install a padlock - a useful feature in the case of children.
Top cover: It is made of fine steel mesh. This allows for ventilation, and more importantly, the direct placement of a heating lamp on the terrarium. To make it easier to access the inside, the top cover is fully retractable. Small side flaps prevent accidental scraping of the cover. Furthermore, the top mesh has a small hinged lid specifically for feeding.
Cable pass-throughs: There are four cable pass-throughs in the top frame. They have caps to prevent smaller animals, such as feeder insects, from escaping the terrarium. Thanks to these pass-throughs, you can place any device inside (e.g., heating mat from the set) without worrying about the tightness of the terrarium.
It stands on legs: so you can place a heating mat underneath the terrarium.
Accessories included in the set:
- Substrate mat: for comfort and ease of cleaning. It can be washed - however, we recommend rinsing it only in water without detergents that may be harmful to animals.
- Thermometer with hygrometer: for precise monitoring of conditions in the terrarium.
- 2 x Corner bowl: with a natural, rocky appearance, ideal for water or food.
- Rock cave hideout: providing a natural and aesthetic look as well as a shelter for your pet.
- 2 x Lamp for bulbs: Each lamp has a separate switch. Externally, it is a matte black, while internally, it is equipped with a polished coating, which is a reflector.
Ease of cleaning. All elements can be washed under running water. Easy access to the inside and security features make the terrarium a great gift for the youngest reptile enthusiasts.
