About the terrarium:
Materials: It is made of glass, waterproof steel, and other elements. It provides excellent ventilation and has a waterproof bottom, so you can even flood it with water if you want to keep aquatic turtles in it.
Doors: The front doors are hinged, but to prevent your pet from escaping, they have a clever latch that prevents the doors from opening by themselves. Additionally, the doors can be equipped with a lock - a useful feature in case of children.
Top cover: It is made of fine steel mesh. This allows for ventilation and, more importantly, direct placement of the heating lamp on the terrarium. To make it easier to access the inside, the top cover is fully removable. Small side tabs prevent accidental scraping of the cover.
Cable passes: There are four cable passes in the upper frame. They have caps to prevent smaller animals, such as feeder insects, from escaping the terrarium. Thanks to these passes, you can place any device inside (e.g., heating mat from the set) without worrying about the tightness of the terrarium.
It stands on legs: so you can place a heating mat underneath the terrarium.
Accessories included in the set:
- Substrate mat: for comfort and ease of cleaning. It can be washed - however, we recommend rinsing it only in water without the use of detergents that may be harmful to animals.
- Heating mat: to provide the warmth necessary for the proper development of your pet, especially if you decide to keep heat-loving reptiles. The heating mat is completely waterproof. It can be placed under the terrarium or inside under the substrate mat.
- Thermometer with hygrometer: for precise monitoring of conditions in the terrarium.
- Corner bowl: with a natural, rocky appearance, ideal for water or food.
- Tree trunk bark hide: providing a natural and aesthetic look as well as a shelter for your pet.
Ease of cleaning. All elements can be washed under running water. Easy access to the inside and safety features make the terrarium a great gift for young reptile enthusiasts.
