What the CTP pump can be used for:
The pump is excellent for powering fountains, pressure and overflow filters, water cascades in ponds, etc.

Use in ponds:
The pump motor is placed in a large basket, which protects against leaves, stones, plants, etc. getting into the impeller. Additionally, the pump motor tolerates impurities up to 6mm. In the event of the impeller getting blocked, the pump's electronics cut off the power supply, protecting against the motor burning out.

Should the pump be submerged? Does it work outside of water or underwater?
The pump is fully submersible and can effectively operate below the water surface. Additionally, the pump can be placed outside of the water tank, pond, or sump thanks to the possibility of connecting the hydraulic system directly to the pump's inlet. The only condition for connecting the pump outside of water is the gravitational supply of water to the pump.

The pump comes with a set of connection fittings:

The fittings are mounted on a ball joint, allowing the direction of the inlet and outlet to be adjusted.
