Shell and calcium snack is a nutritious supplement to the daily diet of a canary. It strengthens the immune system and is an ideal natural source of calcium. Calcium is an essential dietary supplement for birds and a basic building block of the skeleton. Its deficiency leads to rickets, and in older birds, to weakening and brittleness of bones. Calcium is also important during the breeding period, as it is a component of the eggshell. The snack in the form of a grain stick makes it more appealing for birds to enjoy this treat.
Ingredients:
yellow millet (25%), wheat grain flour, calcium oyster shells (23%), canary seeds (21%), nigella seeds (4.5%), rape seeds. Analytical components: crude protein (determined by Kjeldahl method) min. 8%, crude fat min. 7.3%, crude fiber max. 5.1%, crude ash max. 7%, moisture max. 12%.
