A test that allows for measuring the concentration of phosphates (PO4) in aquarium water. Essential in cases of fertilizing the tank with various types of fertilizers. High concentrations of phosphates can be dangerous for fish, and excess leads to uncontrolled algae growth. Based on the test results, we can select the appropriate fertilizer doses to balance the macroelements in the water. This will lead to the stabilization of the tank and thereby help in getting rid of algae.
