By shopping at Aquario.pl, you acquire rights under warranty and liability for defects in accordance with the law.

The warranty is usually provided by the manufacturer or distributor of the goods.The length of the warranty period for your goods is specified on the product card in our store and/or in the documentation attached to the product. In the event of a warranty being provided, the party responsible to the consumer (the purchaser of the goods) is the warranty provider, referred to as the guarantor.

If you wish to exercise your rights under the provided warranty, you should contact the guarantor directly; however, to facilitate your ability to exercise warranty rights, we offer to mediate between you and the guarantor. To do this, please fill out the service form and send the product back to our address.
