Returns of Goods

In accordance with the Act of March 2, 2000, on the protection of certain consumer rights and on liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws of 2000, No. 22, item 271, as amended) and the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights, a User who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a written statement before the deadline expires.

In the event that the Consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract, the contract is considered not concluded, and the Consumer is released from any obligations. What the parties have provided will be returned in an unchanged condition, unless the change was necessary within the limits of normal management. The Consumer is obliged to return the goods immediately, i.e., within no more than 14 days to the online store's address in an unchanged condition, unless the change was necessary within the limits of normal management.

The refund of costs incurred by the Buyer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract will be made without delay, i.e., within no more than 14 days by postal transfer to the address indicated by the Buyer or by bank transfer to the account indicated by the User.
