RMA PROCEDURE TERMS FOR RETAIL

  1. Each return shipment must have an assigned RMA registration number.
  2. The RMA procedure applies only to products distributed by DMR Group.
  3. All RMA numbers have a validity period of 14 days. Any shipment returned to DMR Group after 14 days from the date of issuance of the RMA number will be returned to the sender at their expense.
  4. If the product was not purchased directly from DMR Group, it should be returned to the place where it was purchased.
  5. One RMA number is assigned to one product.
  6. Some repairs may incur charges. In such cases, the Buyer will be informed of the available options.
  7. If the product returned to the Seller is found to be functional, it will be sent back to the Buyer at their expense. In such cases, the Buyer may also be charged additional costs related to initiating the RMA procedure in the amount of 50.00 PLN net.
  8. The product sent for return should be sent back with all accessories (e.g., with power supply, remote control, controller, valves, etc.).
  9. A copy of the purchase document (invoice or customer receipt) should be included with the shipment.
  10. The goods should be adequately protected against damage during transport (goods damaged during shipping will not be subject to repair or exchange).
  11. The warranty period for consumer sales is 24 months, and for business entities, it is 12 months from the date of purchase.
