Description
High quality proven in practice
The Aquario Professional regulator is a top-quality product designed from start to finish specifically for the needs of aquarists. It features extraordinary precision in CO2 dosing and a design that utilizes proven practical solutions. The regulator includes: a bubble counter, a precision valve, a check valve, and an electrovalve, which are the most important components of a CO2 system.
Two gauges indicate key parameters of the CO2 system: the pressure inside the tank and the working pressure of the regulator. This makes it easy to predict gas consumption in the tank and read the level of pressure reduction. The regulator is made from a metal alloy that meets the highest technical requirements, ensuring high durability and reliability of its components. As a result, the device provides 100% sealing and high precision in gas dosing.
Electrovalve
The electrovalve connected to a timer / pH computer will automatically turn on/off the CO2 supply. This dosing setup ensures a safe level of CO2 in the water – mainly at night, when plants do not absorb carbon and the pH itself drops.
Drop Checker - constant CO2 test
The Aquario Drop Checker (glass constant CO2 test) is placed in the aquarium and continuously monitors the level of carbon dioxide in the water, signaling this with the appropriate coloration.
Glass diffuser made of high-quality glass
The glass Nano CO2 diffuser is made of high-quality laboratory glass, with a ceramic sinter. By using a microporous ceramic sinter, it allows for extremely efficient dissolution of carbon dioxide in aquarium water. Unlike other diffusers on the market, these disperse gas over their entire surface, resulting in better dissolution of carbon dioxide in water and reduced losses.
Easy installation
The box also includes a handy key with which we can easily tighten the regulator to the CO2 tank.
Advice and questions regarding CO2 sets Aquario:
- Is the set safe?
The set is completely safe and can be used without worry anywhere in our home. The tank contains the same CO2 gas as in everyday beverages like water or lemonade. As long as the tank is not thrown into the fire, it is 100% safe.
- What is the height of the tank with the regulator?
The total height of the tank with the mounted regulator is 59cm.
- Does the set contain all the necessary components?
Yes, the set includes everything necessary to run the system, and even a key to attach the regulator to the tank :)
- Do I need to additionally seal the thread between the tank and the regulator?
No, the regulator is equipped with the appropriate seal and there is no need for additional sealing.
- How long does the tank last?
The tank lasts from 3 months (for very large aquariums) to even 12 months (for small tanks), depending on the size of the aquarium and the amount of gas supplied.
- How long is the warranty period?
The warranty period is 24 months.
- Can the tanks be refilled?
Yes, the tanks can be refilled multiple times during their legal period, which lasts for 10 consecutive years.
- Do I need an additional check valve?
No, the check valve is built into the aluminum bubble counter and is included in the set.
- Is carbon dioxide safe for the inhabitants of my aquarium?
Yes, but like with everything, only in appropriate doses. It should be remembered that carbon dioxide lowers the pH of the water in the aquarium, and using this parameter, we can determine the optimal dosing of carbon dioxide.
- How much CO2 should I supply to my aquarium?
Initially, we recommend starting with 1 bubble per second and observing the changes in pH. If the pH remains unchanged, the dosing can be increased until the desired level is reached.
- Will I be able to handle the installation?
There will be no problem with that. The entire installation takes no more than 10 minutes. Our work will only involve attaching the regulator to the tank, filling the water into the bubble counter, securing the hose to the regulator, and placing the diffuser in the aquarium.
